Product Description
Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine work on volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact,versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. It consists of S.S Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices & SS Syringes. No container -No Fill is one of the features eliminating wastage and spillage. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of A/C Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency drive. The machine is most useful to fill almost all types of slightly viscous liquids like Liquid Detergents, House hold and Industrial cleaners, Edible Oils, Lube Oils, Pharmaceutical Syrups, Juices, etc.
Operation:
- Containers moving on S.S. Slat conveyor are indexed to stop precisely below the filling nozzles through a twin suitable, pneumatically operated stopper system to match for centering of container, to avoid spillage of liquid on container. The sensors will sense the containers and activate the filling process.
- To minimize foaming, adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling does, nozzle will go upwards slowly from bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling. (Diving Nozzles)
- The dosing block is with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes to be able to easily set the required filling volume.
