This machine is exclusively designed and manufactured from DYNAMIC ENTERPRISES to fulfil the needs of Dental related gel and paste filling into small syringes. This machine is single head and completely pneumatically operated.
Since we developed this machine after so many trial and errors, we ultimately produced an excellent design to satisfy the requirement. This machine is easy to operate and clean at the same time. Complete unit is made from stainless steel, and aluminium keeping GMP standards, since the filling materials are acid in nature.
Since this machine is designed to fill 2 syringes at a time, the barrel-piston units are attached to a pneumatic cylinder linearly. The volume of filling can be accurately adjusted from 1 cc to 10 cc or more as per customer requirement. Paste or Gel can be feed into the hopper from top side. Bottom side is having 2 outlets perfectly matching over the valve assembly. This product hopper section is easily removable and attachable with the help of sanitary fittings. The stainless steel product hopper can hold 10 kgs of material at a time. Product can be paste or gel as per required. The filling barrel is also fitted with the valve block and the fill nozzle at the opposite side of valve block which is at the front side of the machine. This helps to avoid any dripping during filling
